Chairperson of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Jiang was the founder of Shenzhen Yu Zhi Lu Aviation Service Company Ltd. in 1998. Under her leadership, YZL grew rapidly since its establishment and received numerous awards from the CAAC and Airlines. She worked for Chengdu Airport from 1979 to 1982, Chongqing Municipal Government Planning Committee from 1982 to 1991 and was Manager of Shenzhen International Airlines Sales Agency from 1991 to 1998.

Secretary of the Board and Vice President

Mr. Xie joined the Company in 2005 and held various positions at Shenzhen Yu Zhi Lu Aviation Service Company Ltd. He was appointed Deputy General Manager in March 2005 and Secretary of the Board and Vice President in December 2006. Mr. Xie obtained a DBA from Renmin University of China, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, and is a member of the ACCA.

Mr. Philip Yizhao Zhang

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Zhang has over 13 years of experiences in portfolio investment, corporate finance, and accounting. He joined Universal Travel Group as the Company's Independent Director and Audit Chairman on June 24, 2008. From April 2006 to January 2009, Mr. Zhang was the Chief Financial Officer for several reputable and well-managed public Chinese companies listed in the U.S. From April 2005 through April 2006, he was Vice President and Senior Manager at Chinawe Asset Management Consultancy Limited, a U.S. public company which mainly manages non-performing loan assets in China. Mr. Zhang is a Certified Public Accountant of Delaware, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Zhang received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fudan University, Shanghai in 1992 and obtained an MBA degree with Financial Analysis and Accounting concentrations from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003.

Mr. Huijie Gao

Vice President of Corporate Finance

Mr. Gao graduated from Wuhan University, Hubei Province, China, with a Bachelor of Economics degree in 2002. He started his career as a junior accountant at the Hubei Daxin Accounting firm in 2002. He was promoted to Senior General Accountant in 2005. While at HuBei Daxin he worked on assignments in many different industries and has been engaged in audit work for several Chinese public companies, including Shandong Yanfa Industry and Lu Neng Tai Shan Group.

Vice President of Universal Travel Group, President of Eastern China Region, and General Manager of Shanghai Lanbao

In July 2007, Mr. Wang joined UTG, and was appointed as Vice President of UTG, the President of Eastern China Region, and General Manager of Shanghai Lanbao. He is in charge of the hotel booking business and relevant acquisitions. He is a strong team builder and leader.

Vice President of Universal Travel Group, President of Northwestern China Region, and the General Manager of Xi'an Golden Net

In July 2007, Mr. Geng joined UTG, and was appointed as Vice President of UTG, the President of Northwestern China Region, and General Manager of Xi'an Golden Net. He is in charge of the travel services business and relevant acquisitions. Mr. Geng worked at the Xi'an Railway International Travel Services from 1994 to 1995. He founded Xi'an Golden Net Travel Service Co., Ltd. in 2002. Mr. Geng holds both a Qualification Certificate of Ciceroni in China and a Travel Agency Manager Qualification Certificate.
